Angle between two L1 and L2 is @:tan @ = (m1-m2)/(1+m1m2) = 4/3
tan @ = 4/3 = 2tan@/2 / [1-(tan@/2)^2]
tan @/2 =1/2 or -2
Let m be the request slope.
tan @/2 = (m-m2)/(1+m*m2)= (m+1/7)/(1-m/7)
For tan @/2 =1/2, m = 5/13
For tan @/2 =-2, m = -3
