Correct my debating speech longer - debate

Good morning 9J and Mr Loftus. I'm Amanda, and I'm the second speaker of the opposition team. I disagree that teachers should get paid according to their students' results.
Before I begin, I would like to rebut on some points from the affirmative team....
Now I am going to tell you different reasons why it is not fair for the teachers if they get paid according to their students' result. Firstly, the student's result is the reflection of how that student performs in school and how much effort they put in his study. For example if a student often does not complete his work, and gets bad marks for his results, then it would be unfair to blame his teacher because it is not the teacher's fault.
Secondly, some so (??? do you mean 'some students') students have learning difficulties and that will bring the overall class results of the class down.
Also some some (an extra 'some'?) schools have low fundings and therefore have low or not very useful resources for the teacher and students to use to improve the class results.
* I am an English teacher teaching senior forms for a number of years. I would recommend you NOT to use the last point. It is not convincing and, to be frank, not relevant. Please feel free to leave me a message.

要看清楚motion(辯題)：

而第三個point真的跟辯題無關！
所以是不可以加上去作論點的~~
