There is one mistake in each sentence.

1."I've been to America."said Leo.

2.Look at the sky.Soon it rains.

I dont think there is any problem in sentence one. Although it would be better if we use a comma [,] instead of a fullstop [.]after the word [America]

Better : been to America, ........

For sentence 2, something is wrong with the grammar. Because of the word [soon], we should change the verb tense into future tense.

Correct sentence: 2. Look at the sky. Soon it will rain.
