Last year, 1174 announced annual result on 27 July. Think this year will likely in late June or July.They not even published the date for releasing result at HKEx's webpage 董事會會議通知: http://www.hkex.com.hk/invest/bmn/ebmn_c.htm
The chart of 1174 so far looks quite healthy, but be cautious to get since daily turnover or liquidity is quite low.
