切咗既蔬菜, 點先可以保存幾日?
同埋係唔係幾日後食無晒營養?
因為只煮2個人飯, 啲菜成日一餐都食唔晒= =

經驗話我知蔬菜在唔濕水和乾身的情況下會保存得較耐。
你其實可以切開d蔬菜後用密實袋或保鮮盒封好,唔好用保鮮紙,因為好難包得靚又唔可以再用~~~
如果包菜就用報紙包就最好囉~~

Hi, Onion 洋葱 can use the aluminium foil to wrap it tight and put into the refreigator up to 5 days. Tomato 蕃茄 can put into the container and put into refreigator up to 3 days. another vegetables (such as all kinds of bell peppers, spring beans, icebery, red carrot, broccli ...etc) can be stored in the vegetables area of refreigator up to a week.
normally all vegetables should be eaten at once, otherwise the nutrients will be lost soon.

蔬菜的最佳保存方法是保持原狀(連著皮),因為蔬菜的濕度對它的保存很重要。
如你已將蔬菜一次切幾日用,最好將它保濕、封好(可用密實袋或盒等)放入雪柜。但蕃茄不適合放過一天,用時才切也很方便吧,否則營養盡失。
