Paypal使用付款餘額及信用卡付款

我剛剛開了Paypal的Account(有使用信用卡4位數字認証的程序,所以我想是Premier Account),認証4位數字時,Paypal話會在24小時內退回HKD15在的Paypal Account內,如果我想買一樣價值HKD147的東西,1.可否用Paypal Account內的$15+信用卡$132來付款? 或2.每次只可使用一種方法付款?如果全部使用Paypal內的錢,(需先存錢到Paypal Account),或(3)全部使用信用卡,以上3種方法的手續費各是多少?
Paypal是否要收年費?那麼年費是多少,會從信用卡戶口內扣嗎?

Yes, the $15 will be deposit in your paypal account. Once you buy something, the balance will be charged in your registered credit card. No transaction fee and annual fee for buyer.
