唔該，我公司要出一封公司信俾間管理公司，以下係我想講既內容，唔該幫幫手以business letter既英文幫我translate下呀，URGENT!!!!

我地而家就你既要求向你以書面解釋有關於遲交management fee既原因。遲交管理費個原因為因為我地一直都冇收到你既mgt fee既單，到我地收到張單時，發現你已經收左我地overdue interest。所以我地而家要度你地退番0的interest俾我地，同埋請將以後既信件寄去下列address

As per phone conversation on (date) at (time) between our company Miss / Mr. _____ and yourgoodself, we are now writing to explain for late payment of management fees as below,

(1) As of ____ ( date ) our company didn't receive any payment notice by management office

指直至(xx日期) , 貴公司仍未收到任何賬單

(2) when our company receive the bills on _____ (date) , we discovered your company already charged us the overdue interest

當貴公司於(XX時候)期收到賬單時, 巳發現有overdue charged

WE hope your company can understood our situtaion, and we think this should casued by mailing mistake only, so please waived the overdue interest, and also be informed that to update our mailing address into ( your address ) with immediate effective.

指希望管理公司明白及因郵誤問題影響, 請盡快Waived有關利息, 並更新日後書信來往地址
