I have found some very usefull information, & i would like to share...[ for pple having bowl movemnt prblems]?

If you are having constipation or bowl movement problems...

early in the morning...rightt when you wake up. stand up straight, reach down and touch your toes about 20 times. After this....go and get a BIG glass of warm temperature water, then get a whole lemon and squeeze in alll into the water [ DONT ADD SUGUR..THIS ISNTT LEMONADE] just drink the wholee water with lemon in it...it might be sour...but its worth it.

this not only will get your stomach moving and help you go to the bathrroom..it wil also take out al the toxins in your body because of all the lemons acidity....do this a few times a day...and i asure you, your wholee body will get cleansed out and refreshed. and your bowl movements will get normal.

It works for me andd my friends. so TRY IT. you wont regret it. =D

I also heard that if you swallow some raw garlic before breakfast it helps.

or u can eat fibre regularly
