Westeners don't really celebrate their babies 滿月 but rather, their first birthday. So there isn't really a way to say that in English.

Well your kid can write a simple 'Happy birthday' to the baby or 'Happy birthday to the little one!' just to make your kid 'feel' older =D
You can write anything original, I won't recommand copying from cards you can buy in the shops
