蜜糖凝固, 怎樣倒出來.

請問, 蜜糖凝固在樽中. 用甚麼方法才能倒出來用呢. 請指敎, 謝謝

hi, I think u put ur honey inside the refreigiator. If the honey bottle is glass, you can put the whole bottle into the boiling water OR put the whole bottle into ur micowave for 10-15 sec. when the honey is warm or at room temperature, it will be more easy to pour out.
If the honey bottle is made by plastic, just put the whole bottle at room temperature OR use warm water. hope it can help you.

蜜糖放久了是會有凝固結晶的情形出現是正常的。

蜜糖切忌用熱開水,因為高溫會破壞蜜糖的天然養分,令其功效減少,最適宜用暖水沖泡。

如果你現時還是一樽滿滿的,最好不要用熱水浸溶,因為一次用不完而再次凝固的蜜糖會很容易變壞。其實只要用清潔而且無水份的匙盛出適量的份量於曖水中攪拌幾下便會溶解。
