呢句句子其實己經將過去式既詞語隱藏佐架啦!句子寫住"董事會拒絕了我們的所有想法!",姐係證明董事長己經將果個Idea睇過,並作出不接受的回覆!如果無睇過,又何來拒絕呢?所以Board一字將過去式代替佐!☆希望可以幫到你啦!☆

English is weired....
Board is a noun not a verb, so it does not have any 過去式
If it says 董事會 拒絕 我們的所有想法, it would be 'The board rejects all our ideas.' - present tense
But it says 拒絕 了 so it is past tense because The board 已經 (past tense)拒絕 了
