Strengths:

Opportunity:
他們還有一條副線mademoiselle賣高檔次的服務。 They can focus on younger work professionals such as new graduates from university as there will be many people buying working clothes for the summer

Threats:
The Name of M is quite confusing. If not changing its quality and style, consumers (even the working class) will be easy to switch brands easily.
