My Computer cant check e mail through internet web site (only outlook express is ok to check ) all yahoo,hotmail etc etc cant open mail, is it some setting done it wrong? Pls adv if somone can help to reply

your computer may have virus or hacked by other program, i advice you to run some virus scan, online free virus scan
