Have your ever think about to buy a traditional Chinese iron wok? I have used many kinds of wok/pan before - very expensive non-stick German made non-stick pan set, very expensive multi-layer stainless steel wok... but now I love the cheap and useful traditional Chinese iron wok (about $38/pc, cover is not included). Ifyou can suffer its two short comings - preparation (use lark and vegetable to cleean it before use) and after use cleaning (never wash with detergent, wash immediately after use and wipe the in and out). Out of my expectation, it is not sticky even when I cook with less oil. Try it.
