To meet this expansion we are looking for people with strong potential and commitment to join us as Operating Management Associates. Candidates must demonstrate that they are capable, customer oriented, and that they will be dedicated employees able to give quality service and contribute to our expanding business. The 3 year training period, will cover all aspects of railway operation, including station, train and control centre knowledge and experience. Upon successful completion of training, Associates will be given a Senior Officer position in the Operating Railway and will be on a fast-track career path with excellent further learning and development opportunities. The MTR provides a competitive package, including a 13th month payment, annual leave, retirement scheme, medical cover and free railway travel.

If you are a university degree holder, preferably in transportation or business management, with 1-2 years' relevant work experience and have keen interest in railway operation, with great motivation and willingness to work under pressure as well as excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), we would like to hear from you.
