先係個蕃茄表面輕切幾刀,(切皮已經得,唔需要切太深)由頂到底咁,跟住用滾水浸住個蕃茄大約1-2分鐘,你會見到蕃茄皮已經剝離,咁就會好易撕開d皮啦.不過如果個蕃茄比較生,浸既時間係需要耐少少.

用D滾水浸仍一分鐘,就可以剥倒.
