What have you been doing before ?
I was a waitress in a Japanese restaurant. My main job description in that position was to receive the customers and took them to their seats. Then I would serve them with tea and present our menu. Sometimes I have to explain to them on some details of our menu. If I did not know the answer, I have to ask my supervisor and reply to the customers.

Why do you want to join our company ?
My long term goal is to work in the commercial field. Therefore I decided to take this opportunity to get more knowledge in the business sector. I believe working as a data entry clerk will help me understand a lot on the operation of a company, since many information has to be input to the computer system.

3)遇到問題會點解決
What will you do if you face a problem ?
I will first try my best to find out the course of problem, and then try to think of a solution. If I fail to do this I will then explain the problem to my supervisor and consult them on how to solve the problem. Afterwards I will make a note for myself on how to solve similar problems in future.

As I used to work as a waitress in a Japanese restaurant for xxxxx months/years, I think it is about time for me to learn new things. Considering this data entry job opening, your company will surely provide me with an opportunity to master my computer hardware skill. When I encounter problems, I will consult with my direct supervisor or the relevant person in charge.
