Any chance to Cornell University or Washington University in St. Louis?

I'm thinking of going into one of these two colleges, please give me some ideas on if i can be qualify into these two colleges.
I'm currently a sophomore in high school in Las Vegas.
GPA: weighted: 4.2 unweighted:3.9
I'm a member in NHS and I'm thinking of joining key club next year.
I'm gonna take 4 AP classes in my junior year and possibly around 5-6 AP classes in my senior year.
Please tell me if I have any chance of getting into one of those two colleges.
Also, do you guys think a guy with GPA of 3.6 can get in?
One last thing, is it hard to get full financial aid from these two colleges?

You have a GOOD chance. The 3.6 has a small chance - but still a chance. I have seen posts from people who got into Harvard with a 3.2 - so you never know.
