any difference if there is commas before/after adj clause

My father is a teacher, who is kind.
My father is a teacher who is kind.

Which one is correct or any difference?

Both can be correct but the first one sounds better. Usually I would use the comma with this type of WHO.

almost the same but a slightly difference.
When you write 'My father is a teacher, who is kind.'
means that "My father is a teacher and he is kind.
When you write "My father is a teacher who is kind."
means that " My father is a kind teacher."
