Not only repeaters and the outstanding ones have patents for learning. To err is human, to forgive divine, but what Mr Chan has got is experience. It is inexcusable. Our children might be going this year, still, we parents always have our next generation’s best interests at hearts. We really hope that the school could do something to alter the undesirable situation. Thank you.

Difficult to understand.
Maybe not PATENTS but PATIENCE? I really don't understand the first sentence. What is meant by REPEATERS? People who repeat grades in school? What are OUTSTANDING ONES, is that OUTSTANDING STUDENTS?
