I am writing on behalf of parents of the students from Form 5x this year, to express our sorrow over our children’s chemistry teacher, Mr Chan. Our children’s results from study of chemistry is ghastly to look at.

Doubtless, Mr. Chan is a teacher who get a talent for Chemistry. From our children’s words, we even know Mr. Chan is an enthusiast about Chemistry. Nevertheless and sadly, he doesn’t seem to know how to manage time well. To our children’s disappointment, the rate of progress in his teaching is so low. Our children asked us for money for the tutorial classes and immediately noticed that they were seriously behind syllabus and that, they knew that some prerequisite topics had never been introduced by Mr. Chan. They told us Mr Chan always repeat the parts that they had already understood. That is a waste of time which makes matter worse. Our children think highly of their Chemistry studies, they find Mr. Chan’s teaching outright unacceptable.

Undeniably, time would be insufficient, but that is not an excuse. A dutiful techer, which, as you know, would give extra lessons to his or her students. You may find me a bit annoying to talk about that as you teach too, I am sure that you would do so. Mr Chan didn’t for a wonder, or just gave one or two so-called supplementary lessons before the arrival of CE, which is useless.

Apart from timing, Mr Chan also have problem in the way he teaches, it seems that most of our children cannot follow what he teaches. He lacks interflow with students. Our children said they just can’t understand what Mr Chan said and his teaching is in dinorder and confused. Through tests and examinations, we could see the evil consequence, just a few students passed, including the repeaters and the outstanding students.

Yours sincerely,
xxxxx

I am writing on behalf of the parents of (no the) students from Form 5x this year. We want to express our discontent over our children’s chemistry teacher, Mr Chan. Our children’s results (no from study) in chemistry are ghastly unacceptable.

Doubtless, Mr. Chan is a teacher who gets a talent for chemistry. From our children’s words, we even know Mr. Chan is an enthusiast about chemistry. Nevertheless and sadly, he doesn’t seem to know how to manage the time well. To our children’s disappointment, the rate of progress in his teaching was so low. Our children asked us for money for the tutorial classes and we immediately noticed that they were seriously behind schedule on the syllabus and that, they knew that some prerequisite topics had never been introduced by Mr. Chan. They told us Mr. Chan always repeats the parts that they had already understood. That is a waste of time which makes matter worse. Our children think highly of their Chemistry studies, while they found Mr. Chan’s teaching method is totally unacceptable.

Undeniably, time would never be sufficient in terms of the topics to be covered, but that is not an excuse. A responsible teacher, (no which) as you understand, would give extra lessons to his or her students, just for the sake of making sure all topics are covered. You may find me a bit annoying to talk about that as you teach too, I am sure that you would do so. Surprising Mr. Chan didn’t (no for a wonder), or just gave one or two so-called supplementary lessons before the arrival of CE, which was useless.

I will try to improve the wording according to what I think is being said.

I am writing on behalf of parents of the students from Form 5x this year, to express our DISAPPOINTMENT over [or DISCONTENT WITH] our children’s chemistry teacher, Mr Chan. Our children’s CHEMISTRY GRADES ARE ghastly to look at.

Doubtless, Mr. Chan is a teacher who HAS a talent for Chemistry. ... To our children’s disappointment, the rate of progress in his teaching is so SLOW. Our children ... behind syllabus, (I moved the comma) and that (I removed this comma) (I removed THEY KNEW THAT) some ... by Mr. Chan. They told us Mr Chan always REPEATS the parts that they ALREADY UNDERSTAND. That is a waste of time, (I added a comma here) which makes MATTERS worse. Our children think highly of their Chemistry studies, BUT they find Mr. Chan’s teaching outright unacceptable.

Undeniably, time IS SHORT (or: time is insufficient to discuss everything), but that is not an excuse. A dutiful TEACHER (I remove: which, as you know) would ... You may find IT a bit annoying FOR ME to talk about that, (I added a comma) as you teach, (I added a comma) too, BUT I am ... Mr Chan didn’t for a wonder (I dont understand FOR A WONDER), or just gave ... which is useless.

Apart from timing, Mr Chan also HAS PROBLEMS in the way he teaches. IT seems that most of our children ... He lacks interflow (I dont know the word INTERFLOW) with students. Our ... what Mr Chan SAYS and THAT his teaching is DISORDERED and confused. Through ... the UNFORTUNATE consequence, THAT just a few ...

Hope I helped in some way.
