Hi, Linda,
I had a very exciting day visiting northwestern N.T. today and I would like to share with you my exciting experience.
We went to the newly-opened wetland park to see the mangroves and birds. It is the first time I have seen such plants and animals. I think they are amazing as they grow without people taking care of them.
Then we went to Lau Fau Shan to enjoy a seafood lunch. The fish and crabs were very fresh. I also saw piles of oyster shells on the shore, like tiny hills. I was told that most of the oysters were used to make oyster sauce. It is the first time I have heard of how oyster sauce is made.
I hope you could join us next time for the outdoor trip and we can enjoy ourselves.
