We are very disappointed at your service of yesterday’s configuration.
Everything was out of our expectation. We confirmed the time as yesterday noon but your crew arrived in the morning.
After the configuration they did not test the system was working properly or not !
One more issue was that when I tried the system and found that it was not working. I called you about all these issues and you said that your crew would call me later.
But till now I have not received any call form your crew !! Please revert immediately !

secondly, after they have completed the job, they didn't
test system so as to make sure it can work.
lastly, when i knew that the system still could not work,
and call you for help, no further reply can be received.
