(1) After verifying with Department A once again, we have found out that there are only 4 invoices being affected, as listed below.
Invoice No.123 was not involved in this case. It is because those goods were delivered to you from USA on the early March. Now, it is at the month of May and based on 2 months time of transit, the goods should have been in your warehouse after clearing customs under normal condition.
Why you have not received the goods? Please explain in more details.
But, there are the relevant items stated in the invoice No.456; why you still have not received the goods? Please verify carefully once again with Department B, to avoid further confusion.
(2) As you know, it will occur difficulties in the shipment procedures if those goods are to be returned to USA, Japan, Australia, etc. from China. Especially for Japan, the import duty is relevantly higher.
In viewing of the situation, we suggest you to contact with your forwarder for a possible solution. Or, is it costly if those goods are to be stored in the Customs authority temporarily?
