Find the center and radius of the circle of the equation x^2+y^2 -2x +6y -15 = 0 at the point P(4, -7)

Centre: [-(-2)/2 , -6/2 ] =(1,-3)
Radius: Square Root of [(-2/2)^2 + (6/2)^2 - (-15)] = 5
Radius: Square Root of [(-2/2)^2 + (6/2)^2 - (-15)] = 5

centre of the circle=(-(-2/2),-6/2)
=(1,-3)
raidus of the circle=[(1^2)+(-3)^2-(-15)]^(1/2)
=(25)^(1/2)
=5
=(1,-3)
raidus of the circle=[(1^2)+(-3)^2-(-15)]^(1/2)
=(25)^(1/2)
=5
