Academic background :
Afterwards talk about your mom’s educational background. If her working experience is stronger than her educational background. This part can be just informative, no need to go into details.
Personal strength :
Then talk about your mom’s personality which is good for this position. For example : I am a very responsible person and I always do my best to fulfill my job requirement. My previous supervisor Miss Elaine Wong will be happy to give you her recommendation on me if you require.
