印卡通片公仔圖案物件

我見到街上常有些印了卡通片公仔圖案的書包筆袋與紙袋等物件出售，所印公仔往往只有顏色或名字不同，這其實有否觸犯版權法？謝謝。

Yes, they are. Even the color or name are different, only if the figure give an image to the public that is related to the licensee. They are breaking the law.
