賣了其它公司的股份應該點book 數?

老闆在其它公司有股份, 例如ABC Co, 我老闆是C, 佢把自己在這間公司的股份賣晒比其餘兩位股東A同B, 以前同這間公司有生意往來, 咁賣晒股份後, 老闆就不佔這間公司的股份了, 而這筆款項分兩期比入了bank, 咁我現在應該點做 accounting entries?

ABC Co. is not a limited company. The selling of shares to other shareholders are not relating to his present company's business, a private trqansaction. So, any cash in to the his company's bank should be regarded as Current Account with Mr. XYZ, a liability of his company.2008-05-27 14:58:40 補充：
