It has a scab and it was a lump and it got peeled off
and it looks the the inside off a tumor whats happing
to her

it looks like a tumor to me. my dog used to have something that look like that on her stomach then she got a surgery. Bring ur dog to a vet before it gets too late if it's a tumor.

Take her to the vet. It could be anything from an infected wound, to a tumor. Only s/he can tell you for sure.
