I weigh 155, and I want to see my abs by the end of summer?

How can I do this? I already run 3 miles a day and lift a ton of weights 4 times a week but nothing's changing for a whole month now.

I also do 8 min abs in the morning and spend 10 minutes on abs after running at the gym. Still, nothing happening, no weight loss.

I also am eating right. So is there anything else I can do? Maybe only eat a little not a whole meal after my workout? (i work out at night so im hungry for dinner afterwards)

It appears that you have reached a "plateau" in your training. You may need to vary your workout routine in order to progress any further. Maybe it is time to consult with a physical trainer. There was a time when I worked out on an empty stomach, and went on a low-carb and high protein diet. I managed to reduce my body fat to less than 9%, and I wasn't even a body builder. A high protein diet may be beneficial for your situation because it takes more energy for your body to digest proteins than the energy that the protein can provide. I also suggest that you avoid high glycemic carbs such as potatoes, rice, bread and pasta. Instead, eat plenty of low glycemic carbs such as beans, peas and yam(avoid the canned yam because they contain too much sugars). Be generous on your meat portions and don't go hungry.

there is this workout tape i have that does wonders!!!! its called stomach formula, its by ron simmons. its a 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week, 7 week program. it is super tough, and will push u 2 your limits, BUT IT WORKS!!! but u cant skip days or take very long breaks, 5 sec max!!!! do it, I PROMISE IT WORKS!!

workout earlier in the day so your body has time to burn more calories, because your metabolism slows down at night. try to get your carbohydrates from fruits and vegtables rather than bread. also eat lean protein.

Well the very first step for doing such kind of things is a positive and a strong will to loose weight. What i belive in is that everything begins and stops at the mind and the mind power alone is capable to give you the desired results. If you are strong willed then go ahead make a weekly chart to track your weight and measurements. Once the will exists the urge to eat fatty foold will reduce and so for food with high carbohydrate contect. Cut out that Red meat, Cheese, Oils, fried stuff and yes include a walk of 25 to 45 minutes. As you like in rural area there are pleanty of oppurtunities for a good morning or an evening walk.

ok this is what u need to do. get a cycling bike and bike 10 to 15 miles a day. OK. them after that eat a banana and do this every weekend and after u are done rune a nother 5 miles and do what u do after that and eat power bars and drink a lot of water.
