英文 debate 一問

The 2 sides:

- Individal citizens CAN make a difference by helping to sort their rubbish to aid in recycling. Individual citizens can also choose to drive less to reduce air pollution.

- Individual citizens WILL NOT be able to make a difference as the biggest environmental issues lies with the big factories of large corporations that produces harmful wastes.

Points for For:
1). The public/ a society is made by individuals.
- So if many individuals are doing the same thing, then a great impact is caused.
2). One can influence others.
- as long as the majority (or more and more people) agree with what an individual is doing, they'll follow.
