Sweet Abalone
Ingredients : 6 Abalones
4 Chinese mushrooms
Some broccoli (cooked)
Seasonings : 1 Old chicken
160g Pork peel
1 catty pork spare ribs
Some slices ginger
Method : (1) Soak the abalone in cold water for 24 hours. Bathe
the ginger, add in seasoning & abalone to blanch,
set aside for later use.
(2) Fry the ginger, add in cold water until boil, put in
seasoning and ablaone, return high heat to cook.
When the sauce reboil, reduce to low heat & cook
for 6-8 hrs, add boiling water whenever necessary
to keep seasoning covered.
(3) When the abalone tender, then add in mushrooms to
cook, garnish with broccoli, stir in abalone mixture
thickenings to serve.
