How safe is it to put up your photo on facebook or orkut or on your blog?

One thing everyone needs to take in account is once you add something onto the internet it will always be out there and cannot be removed

In terms of Facebook, well recent news shows that Facebook has many flaws and if someone was able to retreive someones Facebook Username and Pass by uploading one Application they could get all Login Details, Address, Personal information etc.

This is very dangerous, Therefore i would advise be careful on the web

Perform daily Virus/Performance Scans on your PC/Laptop at least once a week to make sure everything is up to scratch and running smoothly

put photos to ONLY ME. because if only friends or public. you may add in wrong people they may steal photo then claim that they are you. unsafe still.

all photos only me. or else if public. being stolen . facebook staff not care.

It's about as safe as putting anything else on the internet. If you feel threatened. chances are it's a bad idea. If not. Then, go for it.
