你俾人犯規 咁就有兩球罰球但如果 犯規時 你有連貫動作 而且入埋(籃球)
就立係foul in 咁就只得一球罰球

When will you only have 1 FreeThrow?
1. When the other team foul you during your shooting, and you make your shot. This is called "And 1" situation, you have 1 Free Throw.
2. For NBA, when the other team commit a technical foul, then it is 1 free throw. Defensive 3 second voilation, then it is 1 free throw.
That's about what I can think of.
