to begin with, are you not supposed to gel頭 in school? if yes, then that is your fault in the first hand, then secondly you 發脾氣掉椅.. that action sounded very irresponsible and inappropriate, what if other classmates got hurt by the chair, as a teacher, it is her job to ensure the safety in class.

You might not punish heavily if you sincerely apologise for what you have done. good luck.

我看你还是老老实实地写封道歉信，你当你老师是儍的吗？他会看不出你的恶意吗？ 他有权不接受道歉的，不是你写了他就要受的，如果你觉得记大过没问题的话就不用写了，不用道歉，反正两个小过跟一个大过也差不了多少呢！否则，就好好写信再说。
