I am a fresh graduate of xxxxxx, majoring in xxxx of BBA. Apart from taking business subjects, I also studied about China business characteristics in the courses. I am fluent in Mandarin and proficient in using various computer software to handle documents.

I am a fresh graduate from.........(I think you will add the name of the university and therefore I prefer the word from), major in is better majoring.various computer softwares
to handle documents (I don't think you need to add this phrase)

2. software is uncountable. No 's' is required
