我想問個鬼婆用ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND,我係咪要比個郵政碼個銀行?咁如果係既話咁我只係打個郵政碼就得的話要同張收據影反張相send比佢個銀行架???

同我有d唔明佢同佢間銀行講咩.....(我英文太差...)有冇人可以救救我??
