I am writing to officially cancel the Contract Number 123 signed between your company and the undersigned.
Reason of cancellation of this Contract is due to your company’s failure in supplying the 5MN”SPORT POINT vehicle in time per the Contract requirement.
I hereby demand your official reply to this letter for the cancellation of the above said Contract. Meanwhile please specify the date that my deposit of HK$ 10,000 would be returned to me.
Please revert to this letter within 3 days after the postage date. If your company fails to conform to my request, I will put the case in court for jurisdiction.

i note that your company fails to offer a vehicle which can be compatible with the use of 5MN SPORT POINT. In respect of this, i would like to cancel the order and please return the deposit HK$10000 as soon as possible.

Myself hope vehicles of in the order design of the available 5MN " SPORT POINT ", but mirror Yu Guisi has not been able to tally.presently requests to cancel the contract, and hoped can return the deposit 10,000 Yuan as soon as possible.
