Where can we buy the mat for cat?

I wake up by my cat every morning 5:30am-6:30am these two weeks.
He non-stop scratching my bedroom door in order to wake you up. Once you open the door, then he run away. Then I go back to sleep, he repeat scratch the door again. He is so naughty.

I have seen a kind of square mat with sharp tube made of plastic which cause cat feel uncomfontable on his feet if they step on it. Then, they won't walk there again.

However, i cannot find it out from Japan Home........stores. Do you know where can I buy? Or any other suggestion.
