假如開左paybal a/c, 收左外國的錢啦, 洗唔洗比手續費? 同埋d 錢點係hk 羅出黎?
一樣, 如果我比錢去外國, 咁又點為自己的paybal a/c 充值/付款之類?
麻煩有經驗的巴打教下路.
想問一下paybal 的規矩.

Paypal will be charged any fee for receiving money. But it earns money by the difference of exchange rate and charge a handling fee of around HK$5-10 if you withdraw money.If you pay for others, paypal will debit your credit card which you register.
