1. Yes. Have to repay $2.0 million to bank as this is a principal of the loan.2. Interest will normally be charged to the date of full repayment of the mortgage loan.
3. It is a usual practice bank will demand more in a penalty clause for the early repayment of the loan. This is usually stated in the mortgage loan agreement of each of the banks.
