請問哪個部門負責管理公司？

It is hard to distinguish which department is responsible for managing the whole company as different departments have its own responsibility. In gerneral, the operation of the company is under the board of directors decision.

The flows can be briefly describe as follows:

Board of Directors->Chief Executive Officier (CEO)-> Regional General Managers-> Department Manager->Officers-> General Staffs

Finance Department-Control the inflow and outflow of revenue and expenditure
Administration Department-Handle all administrative and operation issues
HR Department-Control the manpower of company (including employment, deployment, training.,etc)
Sales & Marketing Department-Resopnsible for promoting and sales issues
Logistic/ Shipping Department-Responsible for inventory and transportation of goods issues
