2) principle of induction cooking ????

To enable induction, magnetic coil is applied to generate high-frequency electromagnetic field under ceramic surface of the unit. The magnetic field transfers (induces) energy into a magnetic cookware when it is placed within the field, . The energy transferred causes the cookware to generate heat itself(Eddy Current effect). By controlling the strength of the electromagnetic field, we can control the amount of heat being produced in the cooking vessel. We can also change that amount almost instantly.


3) Why it can save energy compared to traditional heating process??

Induction cooking, which deliver more than 90% energy efficiency. Comparing with a gas stove, which is a kind of traditional heating process, it delivers less than 40%.


4)What are flameless cooking and induction cooking ??

Induction cooking is a form of flameless cooking.

Other forms of flameless cooking include microwave, electricity, solar energy, etc.

The induction cooking is safer as the stove does not warm the air around it like other cookers do, so the stove top does not become dangerously hot.
