LEE Lai-shan
Olympic Gold Medalist
Lee Lai-shan, born in Cheung Chau, is a world-renowned windsurfing athlete. Ms Lee started windsurfing at 12 and joined the Hong Kong team at the age of 19. Over the years, Ms Lee has won many international competitions, including the first-ever Olympic gold medal for Hong Kong and the first champion in the Asian Games representing Hong Kong, China. She was a recipient of the Ten Outstanding Young Person's Award and Bronze Bauhinia Star Award in recognition of her outstanding achievements in international sports scene. She was also awarded an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Social Sciences by The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

李麗珊
奧運金牌得主
享譽國際的滑浪風帆運動員,於長洲成長,十二歲開始參與滑浪風帆運動,十九歲加入香港代表隊。多年來,屢次在國際滑浪風帆賽事中揚威,是首位奪得奧運金牌的香港運動員,以及首位以中國香港名義嬴得亞運冠軍的運動員。她曾被選為香港十大傑出青年,並獲頒銅紫荊星章,以表揚她在國際體壇上的成就。同時,李麗珊亦獲香港中文大學頒授榮譽社會科學博士學位。
