If these results are obtained from past papers, then you worth at least a C or D in UE.
But if these are obtained from complete exam practise, then the results are not very accurate to fully reflect your actual calibre.
Because complete exam practise is easier than the past paper.
I did sect E from the practise, I could get over 90%.
Maybe I let you know some standards [provided by Richard Eng] for allocating a grade A in different sections:
Sect A >90%
Sect B >8+
Sect C >93%
Sect D no data [have to consider the overall performance of other 27 candidates in a day]
Sect E >88%
So in terms of these criteria, your max. UE grade will be:
Sect A : A
Sect B : B
Sect C : B
Sect D : C
Sect E : C
_____________________
overall: C [because sect E occupies 28%]
Normal UE grade:
Sect A : C
Sect B : C
Sect C : D
Sect D : D
Sect E : D
_____________________
overall : D
You should strive for your grade B in UE!

You are reminded that this grade is not accurate as the % obtained come from Complete Exam Practise.
If you can obatin those percentages from past papers, then the grade will be more accurate and reliable.
