cost上升可以係物品質素上升或者員工、機器生產效率上升
質同量都可能有改善
未必worse off
cost is the highest value option forgone
而value係獲得一件物品願意放棄的代價
當做選擇做一件事情的決定時
我們因而放棄了次佳選擇
即係有cost存在
而我們會考慮放棄選擇的價值看看是否值得
所以Cost is value
