Interview Question: Please prepare a memo of “Encouragement of Employee’s opinion for company”. 請準備一則有關「鼓勵僱員向公司提出意見」的通告。

I will have an interview coming soon and I would like to prepare the question as above mentioned. Would anyone have any ideas / suggestion for my reference?
