My PS3 and computer are using same wireless router to access internet.
May I know how to share my computer data with PS3 via the wireless router
? So that I can play the movie and MP3 with PS3.

To my understanding, computer can't share data with PS3 via wireless router as their os are different. If you want to play mp3 file with PS3, you may wish to use a usb drive to transfer it from your computer to your PS3. Hope it helps.
