恆生enjoy card附屬卡

我申請主卡，在2月份，取咗咭，而且迎新禮品的150enjoy dollars已經取咗在4月尾！
但係，我申請咭那時，冇話要附屬卡。
我想知，點樣可以後補張附屬卡？
在恆生信用卡網站，都唔多見有表格可以填？
是否有網站可以下載？
另外，申請主咭那時，話申請附屬咭係永久免年費。分開申請，會否冇咗永久免費？
申請主卡那時，話車附屬咭申請，有多50enjoy dollars，
咁的話，是否冇咗50元？

一個人，最多可以申請幾多張附屬卡？

I see what you need.
If I were you, then I will go to one of the Hang Seng Bank branch to ask for the form to apply for second card.
For most of the banks, branch staffs have higher and more authorities on waving customer's annual fee and providing benefits to customers than hotline staffs.
All you need to do is to tell the staff in the branch about your needs and wants, such as applying new cards, waving annual fee and more enjoy dollars. It is for sure that they will wave your annual fee, but I cannot give any comment on enjoy dollars. It really depends on how much and many powers that staffs have granted for that month. Though, I would suggest you to request as much as you want. <-- well.. I should not say that from my position prospective.
therefore, you definitely want to go to one of the branch and ask for it.
