認可消防公司年檢時，要檢查的內容

我想知道我租用工業大廈為貨倉用途時，我記得大廈管理處曾提供一間消防工程公司給我們。
我希望加多些防火措施，故想知道當消防公司到我倉年檢時會檢查什麼，可否列明給我，萬分感謝。

This is a FS251 certificate for FS Installation which will be carried out yearly. The fire contractor will inspect the entire fire service installation of your industrial building (not only your premises) and pass to FSD to obtain the certificate. Thus, if your industrial building has installed sprinkler system, FH/HR, fire shutter, detectors etc, the contractor will check all things to ensure properly.
Building management offers you a name of fire contractor because e.g. u need to relocate the sprinklers, u can call this contractor, that is. U cannot change FS facilities so as to disqualify the certificate. In other words, u can only change FS to be better.
